Hiring a Full-Time (Nanny full time) Nanny for Your Baby

Tip! Give yourself time to search for and to interview a nanny. Try to interview more than one nanny to allow for comparison.

Hiring a full-time nanny is one of the ways to care for your baby once both parents return to work. There are obvious pros and cons to this. Having a nanny means a dedicated person whose job is to care for your precious child, rather than the typical 1 to 4 baby per adult ratio in most child care facilities, and often this means your child will get fewer colds and ear infections. Also, for families that want to bring up their children with a second language, hiring a nanny fluent in that second language can build a great foundation for your children to be bilingual. One of the cons is the cost, of course. Another is the idea of having a complete stranger to care for your helpless infant unsupervised. Here are some ideas and advices that can help parents through their first time nanny hiring process.

ABC’s Super (Nanny goats) Nanny

Tip! Parents interview the prospective nanny, and ask all of the right questions, but there is still the nagging feeling that they may not be totally honest. There is no way of knowing for sure.

In August of 2006, a Scottish family began to seek legal advice claiming that the reality television series, Super Nanny, had distorted the image of their family in order to gain higher ratings for the television show. Super Nanny herself, the British Jo Frost, was called in by the Docherty family to help organize their household, put the family on a daily schedule, and help train their rowdy, out of control children. The episode, like many other episodes, featured the family’s three young boys who kick, swear, punch and spit at their parents. The parents were depicted in a similar fashion in the episode, revealing two out of control people who scream constantly and curse at each other and their young children. After the show aired, the family claims that their neighborhood and community began shunning them because the reality show had depicted them as a dysfunctional family. The parents claim, like several other parents who have called Jo Frost into their home, that the show was edited to make them look worse than they really were — which is a typical complaint of people who participate in any type of reality program. However, the Dochertys also admit that the family is functioning much better since Jo Frost departed their household. The lawsuit is likely to be tossed out before it reaches litigation.

Is A Hidden Nanny Camera The Right Way To (Full time nanny) Go?

Tip! The jesting show demonstrates how a family continues with no a mother but has a nanny who does all the housework for the family. The nanny that we saw in this show Fran is fun, loving, adorable, and caring to the Sheffield family and very much different from the nanny that we meet everyday.

There are very few reasons why you should not get a hidden nanny camera and tons of reasons why you should get one. A hidden nanny camera can save the life of your child and for that reason alone I think that it is a very good idea for all parents to consider getting one, whether they actually have a nanny or if they just hire a babysitter from time to time. Kids are delicate and they need to be treated properly. That means that they need to be treated with as much respect as adults and they need to be protected form any neglect or violence. And the fact of the matter is hat you don’t know what goes on in your home when you are not there. Even if your child does not have any cuts or bruises that does not mean that he or she is not being abused. Only a good quality hidden nanny camera is going to show you what the nanny is doing when you are away and it is just the nanny and the baby.
